Information you share

When you submit a support request, we collect your name, contact information, state (if provided), program choices, acknowledgements, and typed signature. Giving requests may also include the type of gift you are considering, an optional amount, and your message. Partnership inquiries may include the organization, your role, location, estimated bag needs, and details about your program. Please do not submit credit-card information, medical records, details identifying children or patients, or detailed accounts of your loss.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your request, discuss giving or organizational partnerships, and follow up on additional programs or emails only when you request them. Sending a giving inquiry does not process a payment; requesting support does not confirm enrollment or create a partnership.

Form storage and email

Support, giving, and partnership form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms for The Carry Project to review. Form submissions and notification emails are handled by service providers involved in delivering these functions. This form is not a confidential medical communication channel.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, email Thecarryprojectinc@gmail.com. Please share enough information for the team to identify your request without emailing sensitive personal details.
